With a conference package at the Hotel Ascot-Bristol, you have complete cost transparency. These packages already include all essential services!
Our conference package:
- Meeting room with seating according your wishes
- Standard equipment (1 screen, 1 flipchart incl. paper, 1 bulletin board)
- Morning coffee break with sandwiches and fruits
- Lunch as a 2-course menu, including one non-alcoholic beverage
- Afternoon coffee break with a small selection of cakes
- Unlimited conference drinks in the room
60,00 EUR per person & day, plus 100,00 EUR room rental per day
Additional services:
- 5,00 € per day for an additional bulletin board
- 5,00 € per day for an additional flipchart
- 10,00 € per day for a projector
- 10,00 € per day for a music system
- 30,00 € per commenced hour for room use beyond the agreed time
The stated conference package includes 19% VAT and service charge.
